Well, after over a year of debating, lots of test drives and life events, I finally picked up my BRZ and I could not be happier. Seriously, not sure why I waited so long

Here's a bad picture from yesterday, when I brought it home!

Hey guys -

Had the account for awhile but have been a long time lurker. Took it to Streets of Willow for the first time last week and I'm officially in love with this car. The way it handles the turns and corners of the track really shows what it's engineered for.

Hope to see you guys around at some of the meets and cruises.

I've been on the fence regarding this car as I was considering a couple other cars but between a Cayman, a CLA 45 AMG and a BRZ, for now it makes the most financial sense to get a BRZ. I currently have a MINI Cooper S with a JCW kit and I want to get a Limited 6MT. I am going to hold out for a few months and get an order in for a 2015 BRZ.

The MINI is a ton of fun to drive and the torque is something I am going to miss in the new car but the tinkering should more than make up for it. Oh, hi.

I'm sure you'll fig something out to compensate, btw you might wanna check ur local dealer, subaru, and scion are offering really good deals and financing on what's left of the 13's as well.

Yea. I hear ya. I saw 0.9% APR for 36mo with 0 down offer on a '14 model. I plan to keep my current car as I just went through like $4.5K repairs (mostly new parts) in the last few months and the engine has a good amount of life left on the car. I figured I'd save up some and wait for the '15 model. I'll need some dough around for the wheels, tires, the tunes etc etc.

200 horses is plenty power for me but it's the torque I am a bit concerned about. Still, keeping both cars means I'll get to have fun with both.

So I have been lurking for the past month or so. As my name indicates, I am relatively new the to the whole car scene. Just bought a 2014 White BRZ, loving it so far just needs a little more power! .... so yeah Hello!

Welcome Clueless ,
Mine is 1yr old and i say the power is fine for street use.
Could do with a bigger petrol tank to increase range between capitol cities here in aus.
