Coming from the MR2 forums, I see some familiar names on here... but I got my DMG BRZ a couple months ago and finally decided to post. LOVE the car. Already learning a lot from here from other members and hoping to contribute when I can! Can't decide what to do with the 2; it's hard to let her go too!

Just traded in my factory beast 08 sti (made 300whp/350wtq stage 1 on a dynopack ) for a 14 wrb brz. I used to own an 89 mr2 sc and have never driven anything so engaging until I got behind the wheel of an FR-S. I don't regret my decision at all. I still can't believe how comfy the twins are! My gf has a 10 volvo s40r and my BRZ has a MUCH nicer interior. Subaru and Toyota should work together more often :3

Been lurking the forums for a long ass time doing research on the twins, and finally pulled the trigger around Xmas time. Been driving the car for about 6 weeks now and loving every minute of it! This place is a great resource in learning about the car and cars in general, and since I'm a car noob I've got lots more to learn

Hey Guys, I am also a new member and proud owner of a BRZ Limited in SWP. I'm still doing the break in procedure on the car. I'm only at 176 miles :/ The suspense is killing me to rev it pass 4,000 rpm. I guess patience is key in this situation. Anyways, I'm happy to be apart of the frs/brz community! Pics are posted below along with my old Rsx type S.

Hello, been reading this forum since i bought my car but this is my first post.

I bought my car in December, 2013 Silver Limited 6 speed. Since it was a 2013 model, I got 2500$ off the sticker price, 0.9 financing, some free crap i'd NEVER pay for like free windshield repairs, etc ... and winter tires (about 900$). Dunno how good a deal it was, but I was happy with it.

The day I picked it up there was a snowstorm and it hasn't let up since... LOVE driving this car in the snow (possibly the most fun RWD car i've had) , but can't wait for some summer fun as well.

Only issues i have is that annoying 2nd gear when the car is cold ( and its been cold every single day ). None of the issues i've read about ( knock on wood ).
