Had them on for almost 3 weeks because my OEM headlights were in for retro fitting and just finished. Still on car since Im waiting for a relay harness to come in from TRS to put on my new retro-oem headlights.
No damage/scratches/condensation that I've noticed so far of having them. Had to pin them to fit my HID bulbs but will be re-pinning them back to the bulbs that they came with.

You could always plasti-dip your badges too, it might even be easier than replacing them. I did mine after watching this guy:

Came out pretty good...you gotta be staring at it from like 6 inches away to notice the couple small screw ups I was to lazy to fix.
