for those wondering how capable the motor is, here's link to the Impreza STI NA concept
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1416349 ^that motor is supposedly up to about 200hp and about 140+lbs/ft of tq... with DI i would expect it to be even more powerful than that and more fuel efficient |

Id be happy with 200hp, but more importantly Id like to see close to 200lbs of torque. Hopefully with Toyota's D4-S direct injection technology those numbers might just happen.

I thought those engines were more balanced in terms of torque and power output -- I hope they can get more torque for the FT-86...

that s2000 animation is way off, the length of the two cars is only 1-2"'s apart, that looks more like half a foot
