i noticed that as well. waiting on a response from ecutek, though i hear they're on vacation so it may be a while lol. i definitely need that map, can't go into boost much until i can turn the ports on at high rpm .

John does EcuTek allow you any control of VVT advance/retard/speed? Just curious what capabilities it has.

so far i've gotten boost cut and proper e85 (i.e. using compensation tables rather than mangling scalers directly) set up. custom maps are amazing! i have maps 1 and 2 set up for pump 93 and 3 and 4 set up for e85. played around with speed density a bit but i need to get the port/di ratio stuff sorted before i can push it too far. which, btw, i've found out that you can use custom maps to just make your own damn port/di ratio map until they add it to the retail version if you need to .

James how to switch from OFT map to ecutek map?

Copy and paste every table? Can we open an OFT map directly in ecutek software?

You can open the OFT map by dragging into ProECU

Do you have the RaceRom patches applied to the ROM you are editing? (Add RaceRom Features in the RaceRom tab.)

Yup, Tried with several different roms now

Would have been a mistake to apply license update?

I mean to reinstall, but the updater cant connect to the servers right now, keeps timing out.

Cool, I got time.

My base map is pretty much done for now, until I can road test it and log.

I'm about 6 beer too deep for tune testing tonight.

just got back from logging my first run back on pump 93. i have everything set up now using custom maps for e85, basically set up exactly like flexfuel only with two output maps selected by map switch mode, one reading all 0's and the other all 85's for the ethanol content %. ignition, cranking, and fuel volume compensations are referencing this, and fuel targets live in their respective maps, so when i add a sensor it'll be as simple as updating the ethanol sensor scaling map with real values. pretty sweet .
