The only bolt ons that need a retune would be headers or intake.

I re-tuned when I changed my washer fluid from OEM to Shell rain x

Stickers need retune too mate, read the back of the sticker. It tells you how many powers you can gain

I did mention e-tunes are free adjustments. Only initial logs are long, adjustments logs are like 5 minutes drives.. And who complains about driving their frs?

Almost everyone in here that has any mods knows those mods don't mean or do anything (for the most part) without a tune. Get a tune, get rid of the factory restrictions, then start modding..
But your car, do what you want.
