Yeah... luckily the engine goes to 7000 and higher revs are just a downshift away.

Did you ever get this sorted out? Those gains are pretty atrocious given the $2k+ investment on super nice headers and a tune. Sounds like they just didn't install the tune correctly (somehow?)

Got a revised tune from Delicious, and got another 8 hp. So 16hp gain total. Supposedly that as far as they can push safely according to Delicious.

Worth always mention against what baseline (very preferably completely stock). Otherwise there is NO sense in plain number.

It was completely stock base line vs ace header, drop-in filter and tune. Stock made 162whp, after multiple tune revisions, it made 178whp on the same dyno.

What do all these cars have in common?

They were all passed by an NA 86 with nothing but Delicious Tuning Flex kit and Ace A350 header in final 5 laps of an enduro in the tropics.

Car still has AC, stereo, seatbelts, rear seats and speakers. Coming in at a feather-weight 1265kg

Driving ain't pretty, but it got the job done (PS- had a beer with the other 86 after the race)

Did it fill in the dip nicely? Are you happy with how it feels otherwise? Wish I had a chance to do a before/after on mine but I'm very happy with how the car drives.

I was recently sponsored by Ace and as part of the deal I received nearly their entire catalog. This included the 42.7mm Anaconda Header, Overpipe, Front Pipe, Laguna 100 Catback, Radiator Duct, and 123mm Crank Pulley. I must say in all honesty, the quality of their product is incredible. So far I've installed the Catback and it sounds incredible. I cant wait to get the rest installed and get tuned so I can share numbers and give a full testimonial. If you anyone is interested in detailed pictures or more info check out my instagram @86_IT.

It did eliminate the torque dip and the car drive very smooth now. It's definitely a noticeable improvement over stock, but I'm not sure if it's worth the extra cash vs other cheaper options.

That lambo almost had the same fate as the red 86.

Strange that you are using the A350 and not the Anaconda. Thought all of you guys did this switch. Also are you runing an 4.8 FD?

The car is a daily driver for the owner so he prefers the A350. He was going to drive it home if I didn't bend the fender in a bit.

Lambo...well, just glad it didn't come to that

FD on this car is 4.5. 4.8 would have been nicer but we ran smaller diameter tires to try and make up some of the difference

I'm looking to get the 350 header and tune for my BRZ. Do you have to lift the engine to install it? Or will I be able to do this with some ramps in a driveway?

When I installed my 350 I loosened both motor mounts with the right side more. Raised the engine with a floor jack, everything went in with just touch or two to align. Flat on back with wheels on on Race Ramp stands. So a driveway install is doable.
Good luck.
