Hmm, well the photos idea sounded good, but there seems to be some issue with the forum software's thumbnail feature. None of my albums' thumbnails seem to work.

Just an update about Jerry's Wheel Alignment. He quoted me $70 a wheel + $60 alignment. Best deal I've found in Austin. Gonna head over there tomorrow at noon and finally get these Sportlines installed.

New to Austin, and new to my FR-S. I just purchased an Asphalt FR-S as a weekend car in addition to my FJ Cruiser. I live up near 360/183 area.

PS, anyone got good recommendations for tint? Preferably, a tint shop that wouldn't mind putting 20% on my front windows?

Jerry's did my alignment. $60 did a good job. I might need to get a new one after I put on camber bolts up front and SPC LCA's.

That's where I got mine too. Did you get the Formula One Pinnacle? Lifetime warranty! I love mine so far. Definitely a massive difference with the heat. I'll be going back for my windshield/fog/headlights in a month or so.

Sunbusters is very good. They do great work and I had them do the tint on my TSX. Check them out:

I should get mine retinted there. I took it to a friend of mine's tint shop but the darkest he had was 35%. Not really happy with it, but I went to him because he's a family friend. :/

How is their 3m paint protection? I haven't heard too much about it...but it seems like something worth buying.

Probably the same as that kit from Autozone where you spray on the layers. That's the only thing that comes to mind. I haven't seen it personally.

Stopped by Sunbusters today. I had scheduled an appointment for Sunday. Dropped the car off around 9:15, got it back by 12:30.

They did a great job, I did 30% in the front and 15% on the rear windshield. Looks great.

They had a menu style purchasing system, which I'm sure is negotiable. I went with the 2nd tier from the bottom, the next being ceramic. I paid $209. You could pay $160 I think to get it tinted with the cheapest stuff. Just an FYI for anyone that's interested in getting their windows tinted in austin.

PS, they were a solid no on illegal tinting.
