Guys, I'm Sorry.

I was leaving Wilmington heading back to my hometown of Greensboro. While straining to read a street sign (unfamiliar with the area/night), I failed to see a car stopped ahead of me. I spotted it and had time to react, but couldn't get completely turned and hit him with my front left fender. This is the first accident I've ever been in and my first car I have ever bought and owned by myself. Here I am ashamed of people wrecking their cars doing stupid stuff, and then I do it myself. I feel like I've let every body down. It brings me to tears to not see my car in its parking spot at home. Sorry guys.

Mistakes happen. The most important thing is that you are okay, and will be able to pilot your FRS again in the near future. He/she, im sure, would not want anyone else driving it

It's okay... I think you're only human.

Like above poster said it best, most important aspect is that you're okay... Mistakes happen.

Meh, you just had an accident. Glad you're okay and that the damage is minimal (from what you described), hopefully you get your car back soon.

There is a chasm of difference between glancing down to look at "2 girls one cup" on your iphone versus attempting to be Ken Gushi and wiping out.

Don't worry about it, man! Accidents happen, just be thankful that you're okay and that was was broken is replaceable.

And it takes some guts to come out and admit it too, so good on you for that.

Hope it all gets fixed soon! :happy0180::happy0180:

Think of all the people in the world who are dying to get an 86 of their own, and you go and crash yours like it's disposable. Sheesh. Some people...

j/k... I'm with Guff, it's hard to man up and admit when you goofed, so kudos to you. At least you weren't out trying to be Mr Dorifto... Glad you're OK. The best advice I can give is to learn from it; mistakes happen, but mistakes are often avoidable!

No reason to say sorry. You had an accident. Not like you were being a jackass or something. Things happen. Glad you're okay. How is the car? Totaled or will it live?
