I was originally told June 1st by my dealer. I'm thinking that makes sense considering the May 18th day for First86.

Ugh I wish my dealer was this informed, what sucks the most is I went to one of the top dealers in KY. It seemed like I knew more about the car then he did.

I'm not showing any cars at the port yet. Especially not ant that have been allocated. Once they get to port, they go through the inspection process before being allocated to any dealer, so no dealer would know if "your" car is there or among any that are there until they are allocated. I'm in the NW region with covers the Portland port, and no FR-S identification #s are there.

I wish they were so I could get mine as well.

It's the same when I talk to my dealer. I think I just got lucky that the Scion regional manager used to live around the corner

So do you guys have to put down deposits like everyone else at a dealer, etc? I've always been curious how that works, as I think it'd be a nice perk to get people to have more job retention if you could get things first or sooner. Employee satisfaction is key in any workplace, and benefits like that help immensely.

PS I totally just

The internet sales guy at my dealer that im dealing with said he was gonna get in contact with scion and find out what he could. He asked for me to come back on the 18th and he might have some info then. I am just wondering did any of you First 86 get your car financed through the dealer yet? If I remember right I though our contracts said when the pricing was announced that we had 4 days to finance it, but I haven't heard from scion or my dealer about that yet. Any info that other first 86ers have would be helpful.

No, we just have to sign paperwork saying we still want the car, pending a test drive. We don't have to finance it in advance.

That sucks that people's are already here, yet Scion still won't let you configure one online
