No. If I plug in a code reader after it dies it doesn't read anything.

Grab the FSM and start going through step by step - start with a read through. If you're lucky, you may identify something you may have forgotten without pulling everything apart again. Otherwise...

What were you pulling against?

After it dies did you try to restart or just start looking for a problem.

Get a smoker to blow smoke all around the intake system and look for vacuum leaks

Started looking for a problem after it didn't start.

Lifting up on the intake manifold closest to the driver side headlight. That was where I put the most pressure I would think. I wasn't on top of the car like a silver back, but I had to get the manifold elevated.

If the car won't stay running will this still work? It only runs for two seconds...

I think when I get home I will pull the manifold again. Pull out the manifold gaskets to make sure they are ok. Double check all my electrical connections once again. Double check my vac lines. And then try it once more. If it doesn't start its off to the mechanic. The only possibility left would be a damaged wire or sensor and I don't think I can hunt that down on my own. Out of ideas...

I hope not. I am missing one of the power block gaskets. But I think that is too big to fall in the motor.... It's likely on the floor someplace.

If I did have something in the block, what would the car do? I confirmed nothing was in the intake valves visually after it didn't start the first time.
