It's a Mach V Awesome, 17x9+42, from @Mach V Dan.
The diffuser is a Driveway Labs type 1, designed and made by @Wonderbar and sold through @FT-86 SpeedFactory.

What's your GoPro setup like? How many memory cards/spare batteries do you normally bring for a day of driving?

I probably ought to sell mine. I haven't used it since I came home from deployment.

I'm running a Hero 3 with the suction cup mount and the housing drilled out to accept an external mic which is on a long extension into my trunk.

One 32gb micro SD card is enough. I bring three batteries and never use up more than two per day.
