"Unable to read program. Please check SD card or the program"

Mechanic at private shop just put in an Exceddy clutch for me

They unplugged the battery when doing it

I did the following already

1. Take it Subaru - their only feedback was to clean the SD card.

I tried this and nothing, it even shows files when putting it in my laptop

2. Positive battery unplug

I unplugged the battery for a minute or two and nothing

3. Subaru dealership checked the fuse a d nothing

I bought the car used and there was nothing wrong with this until the battery was unplugged. Any insight helps

If money isn’t an issue you could try another head unit?
