Is it even turning on when RPM delta is positive?

I meant to say why is the overrun delta rpm setting doing anything when set to positive number. I'll leave mine at the default off setting.

at least know what you're talking about before posting.. super rich a/f mixtures?? I'm still seeing stoichiometric (14.7) numbers even while at 5k+. it's not like it's dumping full throttle amounts of fuel..
