With double stick 3m tape. Pretty sturdy too. Mine have been on for nearly a year now.

Any idea what size tire id need to get to make 18x9.5 +40 work on my ride in the front and rear? I have some stance coilovers coming in the mail. Looking to get everything set up. But I dont want any rub lol.

All depends on how low you're going. Some people run 265/35s with rolled fenders and no rubbing. I'm fairly low and don't rub with 245/35.

I dont plan on going very low. Atm I dont really feel like rolling the fenders either. Just want minimal negative camber and a 245 or 235 sized tire that will fit without issues!

You should be fine with 245s. Then, later if you roll your fenders, you can fit larger tires.
