SiriusXM radio in the FR-S

The standard FR-S radio has a "SAT" button, but I don't see any mention of satellite radio in the accessories for the car. Is there a way to add satellite radio and have it fully integrated into the stock radio? Will I need to add an additional antenna?

Additional antenna, Scion decided that FR-S owners didn't want sat radio and/or sat nav.

I remember seeing a post on here about using the satellite radio from another one of Scion's models. Search a bit and you may come across the same post; otherwise you can research it yourself. I believe the base radio is the same unit found on other Scion models, and the BeSpoke radio is very similar to the upgraded Pioneer unit. As such, it makes sense that the satellite radio hardware would cross over.

Yeah, I second that. My parents and my sister both have 2012 xB's. Definitely the same basic radio.

you have to get an antenna and a kit for it.. I spoke to someone regarding it and they quoted me at around $120.. mind you this was a conversation to get a new 2din unit as well.. so not sure if it's cheaper to get it installed with this unit, or if it already has the kit.. don't know

Scion, even after you said it wouldn't work, here you go. Works both on the standard and premium radios

the head unit seems to have XM built in because there is a second antenna connector in the back, but once you connect a sat antenna how do you get the feature to work? Secret menu or grounding a pin at rear of unit?

Tell me your secret! How do I get this? My Toyo parts guy doesn't have the numbers for this kit yet. I'm dying to get SiriusXM on my BeSpoke. I'd prefer XM as I've got an account already, but I'll take Sirius if that's all that's available.

I only use 3 or 4 channels anyway! BPM being one of them.

XM is not built in. You need to add the receiver, harness, and antenna.

Do you all sell the necessary items make Sirius work on the BeSpoke radio? Will the reverse camera work at the same time? Do you all sell both? Thanks
