Thread size and pitch on gearshift knob.

Anyone heard what the thread size and pitch will be for the MT gearshift knob? I'm not feeling the design of the factory knob. Hopefully one of the aftermarket knob manufacturers will make a simple aluminum ball with the shift pattern like the Voodoo knob I ran in my Miatas.

Thats what I initially thought, but then I started reading that the transmission was from the Toyota IS series.

We probably will have to wait.

My favorite shiftknob was from my 00 prelude type sh, leather stiched, perfect size ( specific for SH only) i used it for 3cars after that....

You guys ever find that perfect shiftknob? And you cant use anything else? I know im very picky with that, lol. Weird

I know an nsx knob is similiar, and its 6 speed....hmmm keep my honda roots going in an 86?

Subaru style shifter though.

Also, Subaru = 12x1.25, and most Toyota manual trans are 12x1.25.

Soooo..

I prefer the OEM 00-01 Integra Type-R knob. Hondas are 10x1.5 otherwise I'd probably fit a newer CTR or CSI knob.
