I got my Japan Guage kit and short shifter in about 2 months from Nigel.

Japanparts, myjapandirect, or a shop that can order and consolidate freight. The vast majority of my STi parts originated from these sources

Oh, you must have bought that package off the Puyallup Indian reservation. Yep, ol Chief Fly By Night has some great deals ....... he can get parts overnight (if it's a dark night).

I purchased from multiple vendors for both TRD USA and TRD Japan, some of the TRD Japan items I ordered were here in a week or two.....and some of the TRD USA parts took that long, YMMV. I have all of the links to the items I purchased on my FRS page with links to vendors I purchased from (my source was Google searches for most):

AWESOME information everyone! Thanks! I do remember Japan Parts from my MR2 Spyder days - and I'm pretty sure it was Carson Toyota in California that I used as well.
Time to start working on what I want to do first.

If all goes right I pick up my 2015 Hot Lava with 11K miles on it and CPO warranty on Saturday. The dealer is shipping the car in for me from Texas.

Thanks again!
James

Don't forget your local dealer. You'll pay sales tax but not shipping.

From my experience ording jdm trd kits for both the zenki and kouki the dealer has slightly better prices than online shops. However, if you order from the dealer shipping time is usually 8-10weeks.

I recommend hitting up Luis at Carson Toyota in CA. He is on this forum.

I was ordering some parts (not TRD) last night and these guys were consistently cheaper than other dealerships with their OEM parts:
