haha, my bad. it's been a while since i've gone to Toyota to look at cars... (HINT TO TOYOTA)

i always seem to end up in their truck section of any auto show i go to, so i'm used the SR5 Tacos, 4 Runners, Tundras, etc...

For the longest time I wanted to get a 4x4 extended cab SR5 Taco with the 6 speed manual, just out of my price range as these vehicles are way more expensive in Canada than they are in the States

That was in the 80's! (Poor excuse for my lack of knowledge, I know)
I don't know what exactly happened to the SR5 trim option for their cars, but now a days they use it on their trucks and SUVs.

Its all good! Like they say, save all that fuel for the track, it'll burn a lot longer! :happy0180:

I love my Tacoma except for the bed and tailgate. Mine is at 124K and still runs like a beast.

I do like the idea of the composite bed but wish they kept the metal like the 01-04. They replaced my tailgate under warranty then did the TSB b/c it was bowing from the weight of rear tire of my motorcycle.

I REALLY hope they don't make a moonroof/sunroof standard on the turbo...I can't stand it when they do that (ie=infiniti G37 coupe S).

Add in Manual rack and pinion steering - no power steering option
HVAC - with an air filtered Heater Ventilation (needed for defrosting windshield) no A/C

if i buy one, it'll be my summer daily driver, and sometimes autox/trackday car. it's not a freaking race car.

I don't need a radio nor do I need an a/c(even though I live in a humid climate.)I won't be driving my car very often.
