Might have to tune the gas pedal for minimal input. The 919 can be very twitchy when getting on the gas that previous attempts were I try to get an early start on it, the tires lose traction. I could also try to enable TC on 1 so maybe that helps. Another thing I can try on the final chicane is only go down to 2nd to make the turn and then quickly switch to 4th, as I have seen some players do, the battery boost should help the exit.

Gran Turismo 7

Came home determined to beat the Michelin Trial, it expired.

The new one at Alsace Test Course is not terrible, just that uphill is a nightmare. Mazda 3 feels heavy but its the fastest. Tried the Alpha 4C, Silvia, Swift.

Off topic but downloaded the new Forza last night and had a blast. It definitely has something GT7 lacks. I enjoy GT7 for how good it looks but it can be a bit clinical. You can tell they tweaked the handling system in Forza cause the weight transfer is so much more apparent. The FFB - even on the controller - is great. I was grinning ear to ear just taking some random 70s F1 car around Spa. The sensation of speed is awesome

I really want to give it a try. Might roam into gamepass and check it out. I saw they released an update and I hope they fix the AI as it is way worse than GT7.

GT7 is apparently preparing a new update and integrate Sophy plus new tracks and vehicles. Im hoping for COTA and Silverstone.

I would love to see Silverstone. I'd much rather see a track like Zolder or Portimao over COTA though. I just don't find COTA that fun in anything other than a high downforce car.

Ufff, forgot about Zolder. Track is a blast in ACC. It was my favorite race while in Career. I’ll take Zolder over COTA.

Huh? The Michelin TT with the 918 is around for another 6 days. I'm currently sitting on Silver but am convinced I can snag Gold.

Speaking of Gold, finally nailed it with the CTR.

It was the GR1/Prototype one. The 918 One was added a few days before the original ended.

Oh, I see. Wasn't that just a regular Time Trial? The one with the 918 is the Michelin "feature".

That must have felt good. I love Nords but hated driving that car on it. Good deal quicker then my time, I am just into gold and called it good.
