Regarding the sweating of oil through the hoses...

I can't find any damage or cuts in either hose. Mishimoto, thoughts?

Edit: Just finished chatting with Mishimoto via email. It seems that the issue is not wide spread. I'm totally sold on the catch can and will be picking it up after my lug nuts and TPMS sensors.

PS: Awesome service from @Mishimoto!

I just bought their catch can but plan on using different hoses.

I picked up the Mishimoto catch can (friend had an extra) without the FRS/BRZ specific bracket. Scratching my head where to mount this thing. I could probably t-bolt clamp or zip tie it to a strut bar but that's ghetto. Anyone use this w/o the specific bracket?

Was the noise issue ever isolated for this catchcan? Just installed and noticed the hiss around 2000RPM and under load.
