I was wondering the same thing but would it fit with a 225/40r18 without rubbing the insides?

Would a 225/40r18 fit on a scion frs in all four corners without rubbing?

The 225/40 is already a 1/2" taller, so it will help fill the gap and be closer to stock diameter. The rule of thumb is +/-%3 or less.

I wanted to run 18x7.5r18 offset of +45 with 225/35 in the front and 18x7.5r18 with 235/40 in the back would that setup work on stock suspension or no?

Hey what's going on guys. I currently have 18x9.5+38 wheels sitting in my house and I was wondering if rocking 255/35/18 all around would cause any fitment issues? I'm sitting on full stock suspension right now.

That's wide. Look up the tool on the forum that shows fitment and you can compare to stock so you don't go too big or too small

The tool said I'd be good on stock suspension so I'm gonna go ahead and mount them up today.

That tool only takes into account of the outside clearance. It does not have any reference to the inside clearance. Your wheel will be very close to the strut up front. Some people have no problems, some people rub. The clearance will be about ~5mm or less.

Mount them, lower the car, and stick your phone up there and take a video/pic and decide for yourself if you feel that clearance is enough for you. Every car is slightly different with alignments etc, so no real way to know for sure unless you try it.

Best is relative.
Looks (subjective)
Cost (relative)
Performance (objective??)
Pick two.
And in order if importance.

Looks wise, track inspired(RPF1, NT03)
Cost under 2k
Objective as a daily driver, don't want anything to aggressive but would like it to be flush with the RSR Superdown springs

Thanks in advance

Rpf1 17x9 +35 with good summer tires. 245/40-17

18x9.5 +38 won't fit or are dangerously close to rubbing on the front strut. Higher offsets would fit but you would probably need a 5mm spacer.

Looking for help with tire sizes.

I have 18x8.5 +35 wheels for the front and 18x9.5 +35 for the rear. Also, I'm on stock height.

If some of you could help me with suggestions on what size tires I should get I'd be very appreciative.

about to install some coils w/ front camber and throwing a new wheel setup on-

17x9 et~20 all around. the fitment tool shows they should be right at fender but haven't seen anyone run this setup yet. 215/45's up front, 225's out back. any experience?
