LOL oh I plan on this taking all damn day, and possibly having to drive one of the company trucks home that night if it's not done

Me, Moto-san & A70 (from Supra forum) pretty much stated next gen is a troll... BUT I'm hoping they get their sense back again and trash the current concept and start all new concept to get back to what 86 truly means before next yr summer.

Am I wishing too much?

Yes. If they are that far along they will not go back to the start and have anything by next summer. Just the logistics of ordering the parts and the retooling that would take place would take too long. Even with a completed plan it is getting close to where production could not possibly start by summer much less a vehicle be available for sale.

You don't have to grow tomatoes in the basement when you're going to the trouble of installing grow lights. There are more productive crops that grow very well in such prime conditions, crops that can supplement your pension.. you can easily make enough to say goodbye to your Twin and hello 488!

They were supposed to be an early maturing variety. Well, I do live in a forest of very large, tall trees - so, direct sunlight rarely reaches our place.

There is not really much money in it anymore since those, ummmmmm , herbal supplements, are legal here

Remember you are adding "value" when dealing with such stuff. Buying "herbal" supplements from a nondescript pharmacy ain't much fun... @humfrz can throw in extras such as:

1. A ride in his Twin
2. "Back in the day" story
3. Share nap time techniques
4. Chuck in some home grown tomatoes

The World is his oyster so to speak..

Tada-san did push back release of 86 twice. Once due to trans issue and wasn't satisfy with it, so had to push it 3wks (iirc). There was other time... but I forgot. I remember it's due to debate between Toyota & Subaru.

So who knows

I've thought about it. But I would hate to do something like that by myself and also dont have a car to haul a bike in. Though I did just buy some Q-clips for the FRS so not out of the question. Might look into it more after my wedding. Probably cant get away with the high entry cost rn lol

Old post, but when clicking on the thread, I landed on this for some reason.

Reddit is a hive minded cesspool. You can say just about anything, and either get piled into positively or negatively, all depends on how the first few votes on your post end up.

Then there’s trying to sell things on reddit. People who don’t like your prices will downvote your post, and then it continues to get downvoted due to the hive mind. I hate that I rely on it for buying and selling PC hardware.
