I use a Scosche mount, I like them because its just a magnet you put in your case that sticks to the mount. Works pretty well and cheap off amazon.

Got this for my BRZ which I also use in my wife's Accord. Reason why I got a CD mount vs. windshield/dash mount was I didn't want any of the suction cup adhesive residue (if any) sticking to the windshield or dash. I live in Vegas and interior temps can get so high to the point of melting/warping windshield suction cups.

I've had this phone mount for close to a year now and it's held up quite well; just don't over torque the wing nut that spreads the flaps up against the CD slot. I also remove the mount from the CD slot whenever I exit the car so that the "flaps" don't bend or warp from constant pressure.
