I have the JDL UEL header, JDL 2.5" overpipe, JDL 2.5" catted frontpipe, stock midpipe, and TRD quad-tip muffler. So right now I have 1 cat and 1 resonator but I'd like to make it just a little quieter.

It's got the nice low rumble that I love, but for me (an old fart) it seems to be just a little on the loud side. It's not something that I can't live with, but if I could easily make it better then I think I'd want to try.

Would swapping back in my stock frontpipe, thus adding 1 more resonator in the mix, quieten it a little? I still have all my stock pieces and would be fairly easy to do...but I don't want to even go to that trouble if it won't gain me anything. I would have to add an O2 bung behind the stock cat if I add the stock frontpipe back in...I have my second O2 sensor mounted behind the cat on the JDL frontpipe.

Any thoughts?

The greddy sp elite muffler with an oem mid pipe is "adult friendly". The best exhaust to me is one I can barely hear. The so elite with JDL op fp and header still makes some noise but it is far within exceptable IMO

How about JDL's catback? Looks fairly muffled.

Seems very difficult to record the sound of the new catbacks. Or its embarrassing to post cause it sounds like crap.

Sound clip please but we want to hear it

@JDLAutoDesign
Not very professional of a company to not release sound clips when potential customers are asking for them. Not trying to be an ass here, but this exhaust has been out for almost a month. I don't believe making a video is too hard to do.

3rd post from me on this one. SOUND CLIPS! PLEASE!

Then you may or may not take my money.

Thanks.

Waiting to line up a local car as our car is down. We use a Magna flow resonator and muffler so there is no shame on it sounding bad we just need to get a car in

No harm in sending me a 2.5" catback to sound test, right?

Really excited to hear dual vs single. This exhaust is def very high on my list. To JDL:

What did the numbers come out like, did it make power only on top? What was the weight vs stock? Thanks for the info, you have quite a few potential customers here so we appreciate you getting info out to us ;-)

Any response here on this JDL? Overpipe rubs the crossmember in hard turns. Is this normal?
