Received my STI short shifter which I ordered from Heuberger Subaru Tuesday and arrived yesterday! Got it installed. A very straight forward and super easy installation. Just took my time and enjoyed the rather mild Texas heat this evening. Honestly the hardest part was taking off and reinstalling the boot on the bottom side of the shifter.

Throws feel about the same and the height does too, which goes to show how good the OEM is. But I do notice some very subtle differences. Either way, I'm happy with it! Outside the draw stiffeners, I am almost done with my STI spree

It's pretty neat. I did notice it has a different material/ type of leather versus stock. But I honestly like it more than the STI aluminum / leather knob I had before

The risers really make the rear end of the car. I am trying to figure out if I like the yellow or black pillars better.

I considered the black, but I think yellow makes it seem more OEM. Either way would look good to me

Small update:
Currently at 181 lbs (82kg).
I need to stop working on bulking and trim down a bit. I'll be working on an undulating routine now as this fall I have a Tough Mudder planned. Need to lose body fat while still improving total upper body (UB) strength.
I also need to make some severe changes in my diet to complement weight loss. Ugh it's so hard :/

car looks awesome! I really wanted that color. wish I could be 185lbs but I doubt I'll ever see that again. :P even 20mile rides everyday don't work anymore to reduce weight.

Thanks! I loved the color too, which is why I bought it. Well that and the small minor updates Toyota/Subaru did.

Currently I'm at around 174 so I'm making progress. I'd rather improve my weight than have to reduce the cars' weight.
