Im beating the heck out of it now trying to make it fail purposely riding the clutch shifting more than needed randomly pumping the pedal while driving let the car idle for a few hours sit at traffic lights holding the clutch in. ect..., but the amount of research and time is spent researching and designing parts I want this to be the last time anyone has to replace it.

I am considering making a fixture to bolt a flywheel and pressure plate to a drill press and and just run it for hours pressed on the new throw out bearing. To heat the heck out of it.

Accelerated lifecycle testing is a real challenge. Kudos.

Might wear out the test rig first.

If you do, start a betting pool on which lasts longer, the bearing or the drill press.

At 500 miles (More like 1000) since I am constantly pumping the clutch and holding it in while driving or at a stop light *** Excessive abuse

I know I do not drive a lot, no issues or noises smooth operation.
The 10lb flywheel feels non existent compared to other cars I have had with aluminum flywheels in them. It maybe the stock clutch instead of an aggressive clutch.

What do you mean it, "...feels non existent..."?
Do you mean it feels like an OEM flywheel?
Do you mean it feels like it weighs nothing?
Something else?

Feels OEM on engagement but probably because of the clutch.
When I ran 6 puck sprung clutches a lightweight flywheel is tough to engage. Tend to stall quite a bit. not so much with this set up.

isn't that because of the crazy clutch though? My flywheel is around that but I have have a simple street clutch upgrade and it is fine.
