No adjustability in rear. People commonly are getting whiteline solution or LCAs with camber adjustability for the rear. I have SPC LCAs.

Help, 17x9 +35 or +45 RPF1?

With coilovers there is room to add camber. 1.5 degrees and I reckon they fit spot on. They didn't before. The +35s would poke a bit too much for me.

here is a shot of the clearance (17x9 +45) 1.5 degrees camber adjusted via the clevis bolts not the camber top
plenty of room!

Probably a basic question.

I'm considering RPF1 17x8 +35.

1 inch less width is 1/2 inch less width on outside tyre (and the other half inch on inside tyre), and the 10mm more poke... does that mean the fit to the outside of the guards will be the approximately the same as your pics? I.e no more poke?

Thanks.

yep, they would be 2mm less poke than these which is just about perfect.
It would still poke a little without any negative camber

speak to josh @86drift for wheels if you're in sydney

do you have a picture for reference what the +45 look like on stock suspension as far as poke or lack there of?

cause im thinking that getting the +45 with maybe a spacer to dial in the offset that works

not really sorry, this was a crop of the car in the background of a shot:

the bottom line is that even with the +45, they poke out and look a bit odd.

With lowering and some camber it now looks like it is supposed to be there.
you can't make the +45 look like it fits, spacers will only make it look worse.
just get the 17x8 +45, at least for the front.

But I want them so bad!!!!!

I thought you were the +45 advocate? ha
Thats not really that much poke, especially if i get some springs im sure it would bring it in a tad...not really willing to do coilovers

I am. +45 look better in my opinion than +35. It's just very tight.
+35 look silly on std suspension with the poke. Camber can fix this to some degree
+45 almost look great. It's just a tight fit that will depend on the tyre and there is no room left to add camber if you desire unless you went whiteline com c strut tops. Remember camber is not just for looks, a little can be beneficial if you desire.

Thanks for the last few posts.

Your tyres/suspension setup looks perfect.

I will not get adjustable suspension for a while. After your advice, I'll look at getting 17x8 +45, and use camber bolts in the front.
