Trunk Won't Open with Either Key Fob or Dash Trunk Release

Hey Guys- I was cleaning the car this evening and, after finishing up, went to put a couple of things in the trunk. I can't seem to get the trunk to open using either the key fob or the button on the dash. All other electrical seems to be functioning perfectly fine, with the single exception.

Has anyone else had this problem, or a fix? Figured I would ask here before trying to deal with the dealer. Thanks in advance

Wow... I did not even think of that, and that is a tad embarrassing. Guess the blatantly obvious sometimes gets overlooked

Thanks a ton

If that button also gets disconnected somehow, you won't be able to electronically open the trunk either.

You can pull the trim off the top pc the seat where the round posts are and pull those parts up, this will unlock back seat, then you can hit the button

I actually did that when I pulled back the trunk liner to put in my taillights. I forgot to plug it back in and thought I had a dead battery when I came back to my car with groceries later that day lol

If it has the keyless entry it's the master key. If it's just gray with no buttons it's valet
