Lol i love this reasoning. Part of me wishes my girlfriend was a huge car enthusiast so we could have these small "competitions".

I really want to be faster than my boyfriend but in a safe way, I don't want to risk my engine or go e85. Is it realistic to be faster than a krafterks c30 tuned on 93? Mine will also be tuned 93 by either the shop that did his or a local tuner. Both of our internals are stock besides cat back exhaust, I have the spec-d and he has the hks.

Well lucky for you since you purchased through CSG you'll get the D-box from delicious for free so that coupled with a plug-n-play tune from delicious or just the CARB edelbrock tune and you're all set 👌🏽

Yeah, I was told they were no longer doing the d-box until some things get sorted out. Oh well I guess. But is there anything else I need to look out for on install? I plan on going through DT for the tune.

Damn. Well I would push for that. They've been making that a staple of their sales pitch and I haven't seen anything on here that says they had changed that offer. Great company so I'm sure they will make it right. If you are self installing definitely go back and read dos and donts. I would recommend getting it professionally done if you want to utilize the warranty. Otherwise read the DIY and have fun 👌🏽 no other parts needed it's an amazing kit right out of the box.

Email calibration anyway. Same thing happened to me during install, waited until the install was done to flash, had the wrong version, it was 5:30pm on Fri, I was ready to take the train home but then got the tune half an hour later. Dont know about weekends though...

Thanks for the advice.

I emailed the CARB tune request with all my ECUtek/Calibration ID at 4:30PM PST yesterday.
