HID's probably have more punch. LED's are really strange for lighting. I hope the spectrum is high quality. Most LED bulbs are impoverished of many parts of the spectrum. You can see this on a flashlight, distorts colors.

dont care if it has bin mentioned already but there are 2018 models commig out in a few months one model being a brz sti edition with a stock turbo 350 i think hp

Jalopnik did say a few months ago that later this year, we'd get a surprise.

But I think everyone is so gunshy about this rumor that it didn't gain any traction.
