Oil leak.

First off, sorry as I wasn't able to provide pictures of the issue.
Today while underneath the car taking care of a sway bar issue, I noticed a small oil leak on the bottom of the valve cover on the drivers side at the front of the engine. It seems to be coming from the sensor that's positioned there which I'm assuming is a cam positioning sensor. Has anyone else encountered this and is it in fact the cam positioning sensor? I was surprised it wasn't the cam seal plate on the passenger side leaking.

I had the same issue with my driver side lower sensor, I've tried replacing the whole sensor with new O-ring under warranty and it still leaked (a little worse). So I sealed the mating surface with loctite silicone, and it has been fine every since (5,000km so far)

Appreciate the feedback. Might have to try the loctite.
