There is a company in the US looking into making them in the $600 range. There is a thread around here for it. Check the tech section. If they make it to production I would expect them available this year

Also (not pictured) received my BRZ/ GT86 oem spoiler and subaru oem rear diffuser all on the same day. Just gotta wait to get my car back.

The American ones are going to be aluminum and both models (American and TRD) hinge. I don't think 600$is bad for that, especially if it's aluminum and either welded or riveted together. That takes man hours, not like it's squirted into a mold and dumped in a box. $2000 for the TRD is just laughable though

The TRD one doesn't hinge, unless they've changed it. From what I saw you had set screws that you had to remove, then lift off the louvers to clean underneath it.

I agree on the price though, $600 seems fair for an aluminum set. Shipping is where the deal breaker may be.

Yea, I like the way the look, but not a fan of their function, or the price. The function I could live with, if they were $400-$500 to my door.

I know I've asked this before but i forgot what that conclusion we came to. Im gonna do a trans and diff fluid change very soon, Im gonna be getting the motul gear 300 75w-90 now the part i keep getting confused on is whats up with the gl3/gl4/gl5 rating, which one do I need? i read that we can use the same for both but I also read that i need gl3 for the tranny and gl5 for the diff, can someone clear this up for me please, thanks!

I'd suggest you consult with your cars owners manual/maintenance guide.....
