OEM Rear 2pot..Getting some Refurbishment.

Installation was a snap with KNS Brakes Adapter Bracket.. Make sure if you get this to read the installation guide on Kens Website. http://www.knsbrakes.com

Looks and Performs AWESOME.. Definitely a HUGE upgrade over the Stockers.. plus I lost some rotational weight..

And With the wheel on ..

Overall

Brembo fronts will require 18" wheels.

17" with proper offset, width, and spoke clearance actually. Stock wheel should fit a 20mm spacer or thereabouts.

The Rear OEM 2 Pot uses the Stock BRZ rear Rotors.. you just need the Ver 2 Bracket from KNS Brakes. you have to knock the flashing off the mounting point with a grinder, so the bracket seats. takes about 10 mins to grind it down so the brackets work correctly. Stock Rotors.... and a Really Decent upgrade to the rear.... I added Stainless lines, Motul Fluid, and Ferrodo rear pads... I am not kidding when I say this thing STOPS... OMG.. a Substantial upgrade for when you do some decent fronts.

I've got the 4 pot fronts on, just sorting out a solution for rear rotors/brackets. I knew the stock rotors would work but not which brackets, thanks!

KNS has an install guide on their site, front page. Same instructions as 2008+ WRX, exactly what Bill said in his post above. KNS didn't have any in stock last I called him, so you may want to put in for an order.

I don't have confirmation, but I was under the impression that Kartboy had brackets for FHI 2 pots and 2008+ WRX. @tom@kartboy, care to weigh in?

No....Tom has brackets for the everything with a 170mm ebrake. Hence why I had to use the KNS bracket...

The Brembo brackets won't work either.

To be fair, I'm running stainless lines, ATE super blue and ferodo pads all around and it stops WAY better than stock too. I imagine the caliper is making much less difference than the rest of the upgrades.

It may not have been the same bracket, but I was at KNS 3 days ago and Ken showed me the bracket in question. There was a box full of them. Good folks at KNS, give them a call.
