not taking a side here, but i'm just curious where in your screenshots (maybe i missed it) he claimed they were "perfect, mint, blah blah etc". buying from amazon doesnt mean new, ppl sell used items there all the time. this really turns into a bunch of he said she said u saying he claimed perfect and him saying near mint. near mint condition is subjective, so your expectations may have been different.

i said near mint and that a guy had sold them to me gave me all the warranty information just in case anything happens for now till the end of may 2015 but i had not used them on my car because i did not have the relay

I would link this site and these posts. It shouldn't be hard to see that you accurately described the part and gave the consumer an opportunity to receive a refund by shipping the product back, but he declined.

EBay buyer didn't pickup the product, was returned to my address month later as unclaimed, then the dude starts a PayPal claim as I'm sending them out again, said he didn't believe I ever sent them.... Like wtf
