Just wondering if you can hire FR-S's over there as i have an 86 here and cant think of a better car to do a trip over there in (as opposed to the usual camaro or mustang options). I've had a quick look but no success so far but I figure surely, with these cars being so cheap and popular, someone over there must stock them for hire?

Much appreciated.
Probably too late but I found a California-based company that rents out the FR-S: http://clubsportiva.com/exotic-car-rentals/scion-fr-s

I wanted to rent this for 86EXPO in Las Vegas but they said me it'd cost $1500 for delivery to/from there.

California is the closest to you, unless you plan to go to Hawaii.
granted ive never rented a car before but 400 a week seems kinda painful considering my monthly payment is just about the same lol

Funny. I saw this and wanted to do something similar from LA to SF. But couldn't find anything reasonable in the time frame. Wished I would have found turo. Wanted to tour up the coast in the FRS.

Lmao! You'd never find a FRS rental here.
