Ah another LA transplant. I'm still rocking my 562 number after all these years. Welcome to the bay area.

I remember I was craving carne asada fries within the first 3 months of moving up. Took me years, but I found a place in Fairfield that's somewhat comparable.

The Bay Area is a way better food scene than socal.. I'm a chef and I lived in both, lived in Ontario for 4 years. It all depends on what you like to eat too though, overall it's better, if you need a food guide hit me up I'm in hayward and my Gf and roommate are flip.

I'd like to hear some food suggestions in the Hayward area... I haven't found too many in the area that I am fond of...

So, I just started this Uber Delivery thing, and It's pretty cool. So far I've been to 4 different restaurants and the Crepe one I went to seemed pretty yummy. I forgot where it was at though.

haha that is what I was afraid of -- was hoping you knew some secret spots here LOL. I hate that there's nothing really around here without a lengthy drive. At least I work in the Peninsula so I get some decent grub out that way.
Yeah I live up the hill by Cal State! I see a few modded 86s from time to time around the area but you're right a lot of stock commuters too haha.

Yeah I lived in Fremont until about 6 years ago and we used to go to Milpitas all the time... now it's a little too far away to go for a casual bite. Feels like all the cool spots opened up down there after we moved away haha.
