Yeah it's a bummer that the console versions don't have the modification platform that pc does :\

It has the FRS front bumper. Still pretty cool!

Insanegaz does crash test videos on tons of cars and one of the more recent videos was a "BRZ" version that uses the same half BRZ half 86 model shown in video above.

I have no idea what's in that engine bay at 2:15 but it isn't an FA20

I'll look at 2:15 but this car is not an accurate BRZ model so I would take any parts on it with a grain of salt. That's some cartoony FA20 looking thing, the design took the FA20's unique H shape and stretched it.

that doesn't seem like a fair statement at all.

pretty cool that someone put all that time to put the car in the game. But surprising that it is so detailed, and yet so bizarrely incorrect, unless they are specifically trying to model a certain car that is modded that way. i.e. Rocket bunny/Greddy style front and rear wing but no wide fender flares.

Are some of these videos showing custom drift/racetrack maps too?
wish I had the PC version to enjoy these mods, but I played it on PS3/X360.

They copied the model out of Forza Horizon with some of the optional aftermarket cosmetic modifications installed and put it into GTA.

It may be more like in GTA spirit, GTA has cars that are based on real cars but some are altered to look slightly whacky. Like the Infernus Lamborghini with a Pagani exhaust.
