I blame my heat issues from choosing raven. Anyone else have asphalt or raven with the issues

Spark Plug - Still piping in acceleration
Port Injector Seals - Replaced all seals and problem persist
BTW its normal to have 30 deg Celsius here where i live
next plans are to change coil packs and port injectors.

What exactly did this pop sound like? I'm having a hard time hearing noises under my hood due to the avo turbo and straight pipes I installed... I mean I hear like these constant tapping noise that sounds like miniature bubbles of some sort..

I then brought it to Subaru dealer #2 with a video of my cold start popping sound, photos of other bad injectors, and even had the seals preorder so everything was ready to go. They also said there wasn't a problem and told me if I left the car there for a couple weeks maybe they would start it a few times and see if they could reproduce the sound. When I pushed the service adviser more he said it was likely due to my mods and probably wouldn't be covered under warranty. After one more follow up call that ended with the service advisor hanging up on me, I decided to fix the issue via a my own mechanic.

My mechanic pulled the engine apart and found exactly what we expected:

My cylinder #1 injector was so pitted that we couldn't even push a new seal on it using the "special tools". Every attempt resulted in a damaged seal. We ended up putting new seals on injectors #2, #3, and #4 but chose to completely replace injector #1.

From this we learned a few things:

These seals are very hard to replace without damaging them even when using the "special tools".
If you order a new injector they come with factory installed seals.
I therefore believe many of the technicians are damaging the new seals during warranty replacement which later results in another failure.
The "we're ordering you new special improved injectors" trick is just to avoid the manual seal replacement. They can just unwrap and plug them in.
I didn't see any difference in the seal on the ordered injector and the seals provided via Subaru parts.
You stated you showed your suabaru dealership a video? Where is this video?

Sorry to bring an old thread back...

I have the DI seals problem again...

First time happened 3 months ago, after insalling the supercharger. The second track day the seals failed.
I've replaced them and everything was ok untill this weekend :@
Same symptoms (popping noise)

Has anyone had the same problem twice?!?
I bought the car in 2015, i don't know the orginial firmware version but now the cal id is ZA1JF10G.
This happende 3 months after the supercharger install (but I thought that is a coincidence, maybe the old firmware version was not ok) and now again so it is clear that i have an unsolved issue.
The transient tables are ok.

The first time i've replaced only the seals, not the injectors. One was completely gone.
Now i will change all 4 injectors, but i don't want to spend 800$ every 2 track days....

Anyone found the possibile cause (beside wrong ecu firmware/map). What should i look for?

P0304 Cylinder 4 misfire

Lost one 2013 stock engine to injector seal failures and oil starvation.

After costly crate engine replacement my second engine is acting up again.

Getting codes
P0354 Ignition coil D primary/secondary circuit
P0304 Cylinder 4 misfire detected

Diagnosed as shorted coil. Will have it replaced but suspect the underlying cause is bad injector seals again.

I track the car about once a month and try to avoid hot weather after my first engine failure but that evidently wasn't enough. The Toyota rail definitely doesn't seem to play well with this engine.
