I bought my Reference 450Q system on March 1st and now it's nearly July 1st and I have not installed it or even opened the shipping box yet.

I am truly a terrible human being.

Nah I am up in the SF bay area.

Daniel was great with helping me before the sale, I owe it to him to get this beast of a system installed and then post up a thorough review!

Fortunately a buddy has offered to help me install it this upcoming Saturday. Time to stop being lazy!

I ordered the front/rear CF upgrade with the optional 3-way tuning. I would have a review ready, but it has been 3 weeks since I ordered and no initiative from them on following up with me. I have asked every week since then, and I just asked if they even have sent the return packaging for my amp and was told they'd get it setup right away. Well haven't been told anything. Extremely disappointed in this service compared to when I first bought the original kit about 3 years ago. Almost about to ask for a refund. /end rant

Wow, that doesn't sound like their usual customer service at all. Sorry to hear that.

Maybe @oemaudioplus can bump up your shipping to next day air or something to expedite your order.

So the plasitc mount on the back of the enclosure where the amp screws into somehow stripped on mine resulting in the amp being loose for who knows how long. I also am no longer getting any audio from my headunit at all.


Does the amo have an effect on the whole system? I currently have the sub and amp removed but the problem started while installed
