Metal door shell and skin 2 pieces of glass, the electic window regulator/tracks, door panel, wiring, lock cylinder, bid ass stock mirrors... ect.

And I'm guessing you'd need to run a lexan window or no window? Because once you start putting the window components back in you just gained back most of your weight.

Picked up a 48"x36" lexan piece, split it lenghtwise and cut out the windows with a jigsaw. Took 5 minutes.

We are using a lexan window and a mechanical door lock. This door is only for race use only and we are still shaving a lot of weight even if we are using lexan.
