This thread's got a case of the crickets.

I'm having a friend park his 2015 WRX at my house while he's on vacation. I drove it around for a while for a fun head-to-head comparison since it's not often you have both cars sitting next to each other for an extended time. What struck me the most was, after pulling in behind it in the driveway, just how much taller the WRX is.

Sorry for the absence, but I have some big installs happening soon (one even today). I have in my possession the Raceseng CASCAM top mounts for the OEM style front struts, RacerX rear lower control arms, and the GrimmSpeed crank pulley in gunmetal. I ordered today the Racecomp Engineering hollow sway bars. I plan to install the crank pulley today and the other items the last week of the month. I hope everyone had a nice holiday season! Looking forward to the 2015 autocross season as well!

Well I just need to order my yellows and LCA's (future proofing), got rear subframe bushings, and steering rack bushings for x-mas. 2015, year of actually modding.

Cusco LCA, TRD catback, and OFT.

Sad part is, I wasn't planning on buying anything until ~February or March. Deals just started falling everywhere

Well, the pulley didn't happen like I planned. After cranking the ebrake as far as I could, even popping the boot off, and putting the transmission into 6th, I couldn't break the crank bolt. I will try on my next day off with an impact driver.

Giving rides after you install? Would love to see how it looks in person and feels.

I've got a 2' HF breaker bar...worked good for me when I put the Perrin pulley on. Holler if you want to come by sometime and we'll slap that pulley on there!

I have an impact driver and air compressor in my garage, if you wanna use one. It is a bit better than using a breaker bar and pb lol
