So this header is looking more and more appealing by the second.

I am finding very hard to justify going with JDL or Nameless when I see results from this header WITH A CAT!!

I have the same set up like his. If i change the front pipe to catless or highflow will the sound change or do i have to do midpipe in order to get the louder sound? I just wanted to get the rumble sound with the same borla axel back.

As far as I know, the only way you're gonna get the boxer rumble is with an aftermarket UEL header. The catted FT86SF will give you a bit of rumble but nowhere near as "rumbly" as an uncatted Borla or OFH.

I was told middle of next week, and I believe my header is the next one out the door.

You still have the OEM front pipe?

The HP numbers are very low...TQ numbers are very solid though. My FR-S did 167 and 134 Tq on a mustang dyno, 4th gear pull

Must get money for this header

I was quoted $170 from Olympic Coatings. It isn't a good idea to coat the Catalytic Converter since the cat gets very hot to do what it is intended and has to release that heat or the core will be prone to premature failure. The quote I got was for just coating the header, but not coating the Cat.
