Not trying to bash on the owner here... your money, your car.
I assume this is a twin non-sequential setup... The only benefit i see to this setup is quicker spool than a single larger turbo, and hence more bottom end torque.... at the expense of added complexity 2x turbo cost, 2x wastage cost, 2x bov cost etc. I would be curious to know why the owner was going this route rather than sequential (if your spending the money in the first place to go dual) or a more traditional single turbo setup...
