Well I guess I get to join the Twin Screw Club now!

Just waiting on my 700cc Injectors, 70mm Raceseng Pulley and the tune from @moto-mike and we will be up and running. The New SC got here Yesterday and it's already on and waiting.

I have a question about registering for the warranty since mine is an Innovate Kit. It's brand new, I bought it from Visconti and have an invoice but I was under the impression they no longer deal with it so maybe @SprintexUSA could let me know what to do?

Hoping with my modifications to be knocking on 300's door on E85 but Mike keeps telling me to settle down. Hard to do after the Turbo setup I had before the motor blew and having as much power as it did. I am hoping this gets me back to really feeling like the car is enjoyable but it seems Mike is convinced I will need the 335 to feel that way.

Either way Build thread is here:
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=58591

Serial Number:
S5-210-150213-0014

Basic Mod's List:
PLM Header and catless 3" Exhaust All the way back
AiRaid Intake with Modified Snorkle
700cc Injectors
Perrin Lightweight Crank, Alternator and Waterpump Pulleys (Black)
Raceseng 70mm Pulley
Lightweight Flywheel
Single Piece DSS Aluminum Driveshaft
and tons of other modifications but those are the main ones besides braces, sway bars, springs, wheels, etc.

Here's to joining the club that makes whining sound so good.

How does one go about obtaining an illustrated parts breakdown? Service manual?
I might want to repair/rebuild one in the near future. @SprintexUSA?

I have the installation manual, but I don't think that is exactly what you're looking for. Matt asked if I can help him with his replacement part install so I may be there as well if it's on a weeknight or weekend after this.

Super tight alignment/timing going on in there. I'd like to see what exactly failed and what can be engineered as a failsafe. Maybe a sacrificial shear pin somewhere upstream.

Question

I will have my 335 up and running shortly and want to make sure I'm not short on any parts for a solid start. I will be driving street only. Question is, am I fine running the stock injectors on pump gas?

Parts:
335 blower
85mm pulley
Radium Dual Catch Can Kit
Perrin 3" bigMAF CAI
Gauges

Everything else is stock at this point.

A 210 that failed recently. Caught it early enough but as a potential customer, I'd like to get a better understanding of the failure mode and, at the same time, help a friend get back up and running.

bad idea, Get injectors and pump, see the 335 thread and either run e85 or 91+ and Meth injection

Since you're on the 85mm pulley and pump gas you may be ok. Preferably injectors at the least though, it would prevent overdriving the DI too much. I'd start by limiting revs to 6500 until the pulse widths are evaluated.

We don't send out our drawings. I do have a stash of spare parts here, now. We can work with you on the sub-assembly parts you might need. I just shipped a BRZ blower with a nose-drive attached, for instance.

Twin-screw blower assembly is a complex thing that requires a delicate touch. There are not a lot of parts in our unit, but the tolerances are very tight and specific. We don't recommend that end users try and rebuild these units on their own, even if they have worked on roots or centry blowers before. Castings are reusable, but the rotorpack cannot be if there is any kind of bearing failure behind the gears.

A wise policy.
