I own commercial property which is a requirement for most distributors. I also can get parts from over 200 companies for 30%-50% off because of that account. Really I'm just taking advantage of owning that building by letting friends get good prices and a little cash to help pay the taxes on it. If that guy has good prices and is doing it full time for a living then help him out. If he is having issues getting something let me know. These distributors order is mass so normally when the manufactor is on back order they still have a few sitting on the shelves.

Hmm tempting, sadly they aren't close to south Gilbert. I wonder if it'd be worth it to see if they'd install it into an FR-S though just for the comedy value.

According to my mileage we are about the same miles per yr put on. I wouldn't personally want that much power outta this car. It ruins the balance of what the car is designed for. Subaru's are known for spinning rod bearings and blowing head gaskets under high hp builds. Not saying 400hp is a lot now a days by any means. On a 12:5:1 engine it is a ticking time bomb.

Why would you have them install? It's just a drop in panel filter. It's takes all but 2 minutes to put in the airbox.

My first mod was a drop in filter and it is very simple to do. Or peek inside the service manual how to change your intake filter

I meant it'd be funny to see if they'd do it or say "Get this Scion garbage outta here!"

I agree 400 is excessive, but it is nice to know its possible. Maybe 300 would be good with a map for pushing it every once in a while.

Also wouldnt the titanium be like a stove top coil right before it enters the throttle body?

Wrap it in heat reflective tape and call it good. Or coat it in heat resistant paint..

Sent from...somewhere?

Agreed, but I think that is one of the selling points is the "titanium" look.
