2nd hand oft

Ok so I got a 2nd hand oft, it has been unmarried to original car. Not sure what I now have to do to be able to flash my car? Can I just plug into car and go for it or do I have to connect to computer before? Cheers for help

hopefully the old owner has written the stock rom back to his car else you wont be abl to erase the oft.

The openflash manager software is windows based so you will need to run a windows emulator like parallels or bootcamp or something , im not a mac guy.

Actually, the database files (that auto-generate the OTS tunes) don't get erased when the previous user erases the OFT. So as long as they were there in the first place, it should still generate the OTS tunes
