I'll let the numbers speak for themselves.

you get the idea...

Thanks for sharing this information @CSG Mike - are the three traces representing pulls for the baseline, ACN91, and E70?

Crazy numbers for just a header and a tune. Is it UEL or EL?

I am really curious how your stock dyno graph is so smooth. Mine looks nothing like that. In fact, my full bolt-on tuned version looks like your stock version (from a graph pov).

Is your stock baseline also tuned to just flatten out the torque dip? Did you do a test where you tune the car just in stock form, to see how much gain is actually from the tune versus the header?

I am still really skeptical that these things make so much more power than any other header. Assuming the graph is whp and not flywheel, like it says, this would suggest that I could gain another 10-15whp from just swapping in the header and DT tune. I find that hard to believe, since my max power gains were only 3hp/tq over stock with full bolt-ons and ECUtek e-tune (power under the curve was obviously big gains in mid-range).

However, I would love to be wrong so I can buy one of these and get the extra power. Maybe it's the difference in EL versus UEL? (I have UEL header).

My stock and tuned graphs are below.

In my experience with BRZs I have driven several setups.

MY13 - Stock
MY13 - FBM premium turbo kit 91 and E85
MY15 - OFH OFT
MY15 - OFH OFT and Phantom ESC
MY15 - Ecutek Tomei UEL
MY15 - DT tune ACE350 E85 and 91
MY17 - Dt tune Ace350 E85 and 91
MY17 - DT tune Ace 350 and Edelbrock SC

All the setups I have driven spiritedly. Some I have AX and HPDEd. That being said, when speaking about just headers...the ACE350 is in a class all on its own. Will it transform your car....no, its a header, but will it make your twin the best version of itself in realitively stock form....YES.

I have bought two Ace headers for two different BRZs, I believe it to be worth the money...but its not cheap nor the only header to enjoy the car more than stock. But I personally wouldn't own a twin without the ACE header. In fact when I drive a stock BRZ, the experience is lessened now knowing what I am missing without the ACE. ACE has made driving a Stock BRZ a touch painful. I could stand losing my SC, or even tires, suspension upgrades, etc....and still enjoy driving the BRZ. But without the ACE I truly do not enjoy the car as much. So for the enjoyment alone I would buy the ACE, if its in your budget I recommend it.

justinco, I always enjoy your videos and I think you would appreciate the header. But, I hate to give a raving endorsement and then have someone not feel the same way. Try to find one and drive it. Cause its better, but is worth the money......I can't answer that for you. Good luck.

EDIT - Any BRZ I own would have the ACE350 and the DTFF kit w/ tune. Flex and header run well, that would be my minimal setup and I could live happy with just those two mods.

Am I reading the graph correctly that where the stock torque dip is the worst you have 155 ft/lbs with the 91 octane tune? CSG Mike what does a Ace A350 header w/ CSG ceramic coating
DT Ace tune cost shipped to 29651 Greer SC?
