Exedy stage 1. I like it, but the gear rattle is annoying as hell. I probably wouldn't use the flywheel if I had to go back and do it over

Exedy stage 1 on your car? How much power are you making? Did because I think I remembered reading that the clutch is rated at 200tq

I think around 240wtq (310whp) when I dyno'd it last, but I've since increased the boost. No slips anywhere. The exedy stage 1 is rated to 200tq, but it will hold much more. I'm assuming it comes at the cost of excessively fast wear lol

From what I remember reading, the exedy Stage 2 will have nearly an identical pedal feel, but be rated to a higher torque number.

Ok, it's official, I ordered my stage 2 then. Thanks. 2 more questions, would you recommend I swap my flywheel to since I burned my stock clutch, and how much stiffer is your exedy clutch compared to the oem one? I like the smooth pedal feel of my stock clutch

It does have some overall instructions; about the torque specs you could found them in the service manual I think which you can find it in the forum. Also there is a diy thread which helped me a lot

I'm about to install mine tomorrow, I want to know what lubricant I'm supposed to use on the throwout bearing. I might need to go to o'reilys to get it, but don't know what it's called. Also, what lubricant must I use on the shifter when reinstalling

I finally installed mine yesterday, and after 5 miles, it started making a weird grinding noise when decelerating. Do you know what it could be?
