We have these in stock and on sale. Pretty plain Jane, but do the job.

I used these for years on my miata with no issues. I changed wheels a lot!
Now that I see they come in 1.25 I'll order a set for the FR-S.

I also ended up with the 3" long ARP studs as they were available quickly and I knew they would fit. I got these Gorilla lugs with them as they were cheap and a few other members recommended them.
[ame="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001O0CCJW?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailp age_o00_s00"]Amazon.com: Gorilla Automotive 20023SD Acorn Open End Chrome Small Diameter Lugs (12mm x 1.25 Thread Size) - Pack of 20: Automotive[/ame] I'm not 100% happy with the setup (both with the exposed threads and with what I saw on the gorilla's wearing in on first application losing some material), I was thinking about going to big lugs like the Muteki's but there's so much back and forth that I'm at a bit of a loss. Thinking I might stick with the gorilla's cause I have them and it's just paranoia in my head and hacksaw an inch off the ARP's and file them down so they're problem free... Can't access my pictures right now, if I remember I'll post them up tonight. |

Went with Gorilla forged steel open ended extended lug nuts in black chrome. Got them off of @RallySport Direct because I ordered an exhaust from them back when I had my WRX and I thought it was going to take a week to ship when they had it to my door in 2 days.

So sick of broken studs. I ordered ARP studs and gorilla lugs yesterday. I'm terrified to take off a wheel. I break a stud every stupid time. Hopefully that will no longer be the case. I wish I could find the non-keyed lugs for a decent price, but the set of 20 for about 20 bucks was too good to skip. It just has the keyed lugs, so now I hope the socket doesn't break.
Anybody wanna come by and help me install the lugs? It's going to be soooooo fun!

Managed mine without anything special, just the 3/4" spreader in the DIY and the little stud puller doohicky from amazon, a breaker bar, a vice, some jack stands and a bigass harbor freight impact for $40 to speed things along although It may not have been 100% necessary. Been about 3 months now without a problem, although I haven't taken my wheels off in that time...
